The event spans Friday Aug 7th and Saturday Aug 8th. We recommend arriving by Thursday the 6th at the latest (you are welcome any time earlier that week). Plan to leave Sunday the 9th.

If you arrive Friday and leave Sunday, you will only get one real full day of activities. Arriving Thursday gives you two full days plus relaxed evenings on both sides.

Hosts will coordinate pickups from SEA-TAC depending on arrival times. If we need extra cars, we'll rent them ahead of time. Share your flight info on the message board so we can plan!

August in the Pacific Northwest is warm and dry. Expect highs around 75–85°F. Bring layers for cool evenings, comfortable shoes for outdoor activities, and a swimsuit if we end up near water.
